The Board of Directors are authorized by the WVAGP bylaws to manage the operation of the Association, vote on regular business items, and be available to address issues presented by membership. 

Per Article V, Section 1 of the bylaws: "There shall be eleven directors of this association who shall be elected by the membership to serve on the board of directors. Officers shall include a president, vice president, secretary, and treasurer who shall be elected by the board of directors. The president and vice president shall be elected from among the elected directors."
