Registration for current dues-paying WVAGP members. Also eligible to participate in votes during the Business Meeting.
Member, Virtual
Registration for current dues-paying WVAGP members. Also eligible to participate in votes during the Business Meeting. Registration is for participation via Zoom, if WVAGP is able to provide virtual access.
Non-Member and General Public, In-Person
Registration for non-members and any general public attendees. Registration does not allow participant to vote on items in the Business Meeting unless participant becomes a current WVAGP member before the meeting is called to order.

+ = Per Section 6.4 of WVAGP Bylaws, a quorum for the meeting must be 15% of total membership or 25 members, whichever is less. As of October 2023, 15% of total membership is 21 members. The amendments can only be considered with a quorum present.
